US Shipping Policies: |
| |
| Pool Cues: |
| |
|
Pool Cues will be shipped one of
three ways (buyer's choice):
 |
2-day FedEx (uninsured). FedEx is
a reliable and careful shipper. While they are more
expensive than the USPS, they appear to have better service record. If you wish to ship via FedEX AND you would like
it to be insured (actual value up to $500 which is the max value
that FedEx will insure a pool cue for), please include an
additional $4.00 USD and I will take care of the rest.
|
 |
2-3 day USPS Priority shipping is
less expensive, but, it has been my experience that the USPS is
somewhat less "careful" than FedEx. They do however provide
delivery on Saturdays. I WILL NOT ship a cue via USPS WITHOUT
insurance, but because it is less expensive than FedEx, I will
ship it with insurance (for the full amount of your cue) for the
flat fee described below.
|
 |
USPS Express Mail which is
overnight in most cases is the third option. This will get your
cue to you the quickest and it is only slightly more expensive
than FedEx 2-day delivery. The Post Office will also deliver
Express Mail even on SUNDAY, so for those of you who want it FAST
and minimize the amount of time that your cue is in the hands of
the carrier, this might be a good option. As with USPS Priority
service, I will ship your cue insured for the full amount of
your purchase as described below.

| Pool Cue Cases: |
| |
|
Shipping charges for cue cases will vary depending on where you
live, how you would like your case shipped, and of course, the
weight of the case itself. If you are interested in ordering a cue
case, please contact me and ask for a shipping quote and let me
know your location and shipping preference (if any).
|
| |
| Miscellaneous: |
| |
|
Small items have various shipping
charges associated with them and are typically listed on the
page along with the item itself. Please note: I typically do not
insure small items unless the buyer requests it
|
| |
|
I take several digital pictures
of a cue or custom case just prior to shipping (before AND
after securely wrapping them in Bubble-wrap) to aid in the
identification of any damage that might occur due to the
shipper, and I will work closely with the buyer to resolve any
insurance claims that might arise due to such damage
|
| |
|
If you are purchasing items via
Paypal, I will only ship to a CONFIRMED ADDRESS....there are
NO EXCEPTIONS
|
| |
| |
| International Shipping
Policies: |
| |
|
As above, I will pack your
cue, case, or accessories very carefully and work with you on
how you would like your cue shipped. Some of my customers prefer
FedEx or DHL, some want to save money by using USPS....I'm
flexible, and as long as the customer accepts the charges
(including any duties or taxes incurred), I will ship it any way
you want to. Please send me an email and discuss your
preferences and I will tell you what the approximate costs will
be with the various options available

| |
| On The Topic Of Cues:
|
| |
|
I recognize that buying cues
without trying them out first is a risky venture, but I do make
every attempt to supply full specifications and accurate
descriptions of conditions prior to shipping (things like "Hit"
and "Feel" are very subjective as are aesthetics, and
unfortunately I need to hold the buyer responsible for their own
happiness as it relates to these "subjective issues").
I'm often asked about whether or
not a cue that I'm selling is "straight" and I can give you the
following guidance when it comes to the cues that are offered on
this site.
Candidly, every cue has some degree of
imperfection when it comes to "rolling true" and the ones on
this site (including those in my personal arsenal/collection)
are no exception
That being said, ALL the cues on this
site when joined together and rolled on a Flat Pool Table
surface "roll true" within acceptable tolerance levels
unless otherwise described in the "Conditions section" of their
detailed specifications.

TWO VERY IMPORTANT FINAL NOTES:
 |
If you have any questions PLEASE
ask them BEFORE you buy. I will answer all your questions in a
timely manner and to the best of my ability, so ask away! I will
consider ALL SALES FINAL,
so if you have any doubts at all, DO NOT BUY.
|
 |
I stand 100% behind my pictures,
descriptions, and email responses, so you can feel confident that
there are no misrepresentations associated with the items on this
web site....I am proud of my customer relationships, and since I
rely on Repeat Business and Referrals from satisfied customers,
I will do everything possible to make the experience good for both
you as the buyer, and myself.
