Engles Cue Cases

Serious Protection for your Investment....

There are lot's of places on-line that will sell you cases...cheap ones, expensive ones, you name it and you can find it! That being the case (pardon the pun), I decided to offer my customers something that is much harder to find....custom cases made one at a time, by a superb craftsman in Jackson Tennessee named Mr. Engles (yep, even his friends call him Mr. Engles!), and the handcrafted cases that he produces are highly practical and beautiful pieces of "functional art".

After careful assembly (which includes the "Engles exclusive" hand finished leather ends), each case is lined with industrial heavy felt that is perfectly suited to protect your valuable investment, and upon completion, each case is inspected, and if any flaws are found, the case is destroyed. Every case is handcrafted and finished exclusively by Mr. Engles in his one-man shop.

Quality craftsmanship combined with elegance is Mr. Engles goal, and his cases hearken back an era when cases had simple lines and handcrafted excellence. Engles cases are very reminiscent of the Fellini cases that many of the masters of the game used to carry their "money makers" in. Simply put, if you are looking for a rugged case that is as beautiful as it is tough, an Engles case is a superb choice.

There are many times when I don't want to "lug around" my BIG HEAVY Instroke or Whitten case, but instead I want to carry just one of my favorite cues with me. It really makes a statement when I arrive at the pool hall carrying my favorite high-end Kenny Murrell "money maker" in my BLACK EEL SKIN Engles case....everyone knows that I'm ready to play some serious one-pocket, and they know it's going to be a LONG NIGHT :-)

General Specifications for all Engles cases:

	1x2 (one butt, two shaft) configuration*
	Genuine Leather or Exotic skin covering an extremely durable hard plastic shell (just like a Fellini case)
	Black Felt Padded interior
	Tight fitting, "slip-over top cover" which makes the case "virtually" weather-proof....I wouldn't submerge it in a tub of water to see if it's truly "waterproof", but it will keep moisture from creeping into your case
	Positive closure, key-less latch (no keys means one less thing to lose and besides, who would steal your cue WITHOUT stealing the case as well!)
	Overall Outside Dimensions when lying flat: 33.75" long X 3.25" wide X 2.25" high
	Maximum Cue Butt (or Shaft) length allowed (including bumper and Joint Protectors if any): 32.0"
	Carry Strap/Handle: NO
	Internal Accessory compartment: NO

*Please note: in some situations, it is possible to fit two butts, and two shafts (2x2) into an Engles 1x2 case, but not all cues are compatible with this configuration due to the diameter of the individual cue components. I prefer to consider these cases as 1x2 only and and thereby avoid any disappointment on the part of my customers. If your specific cues have dimensions that make it possible to accommodate 2 butts and 2 shafts, then you're ahead of the game.
